Fighter Officer Training
When a new recruit joins up and chooses a role it is up to the members who have already been trained in the specific role that a new recruit desires learn, and to basically teach a comrade what he knows. The new members are considered a Recruits or Conscripts. Remember, the more that senior members train newer members the more respect they will earn and leadership skills will be learned.
Pilots that have passed training for their first role, but have never seen combat are considered Regulars, or Novice pilots, and usually graduate as a 2nd Lt. Pilots that have been around for a longer time and have been through several practice dog fights and have achieved 5 air-to-air wins in practice, and/or have achieved a kill in battle are Veteran pilots. Pilots that have been around and have achieved 5 kills in battle or more and are experienced enough to handle them self against veterans and winning 90% of the time one-on-one are considered Elite pilots.
Once recruits finish fighter training they can ether become a member of a Flight/Fighter Unit, Train/Teach other pilots what they know or Learn other roles and become a base or TCG leader. To gain rank without learning other roles and keeping your primary role as a Fighter Pilot you can train newer pilots what you know about the role of a fighter pilot. If a member successfully trains:
2 Pilots they get up-ranked to 1st LT.
5 Pilots = Captain
9 pilots = Major
14 Pilots = Lt Col.
20 Pilots = Col.
Instructors/teachers must explain to the recruit, student or trainee the different uses for each of the fighter planes we use and why we use certain craft and not all of them, the advantages and disadvantages for each of the craft, and to be able to answer any questions that the student may have, Most of the time flying with them to point out solutions to problems, how to maneuver, and to basically walk them threw how to handle fighter craft.

As stated. Requesting fighter training. Preferably in the IRIS F-14A, although my airplane collection includes the IRIS f-15, several f-16's and a variety of other aircraft (all of which i would be happy to share).

F-14 are in stock, though we need a good paint for them, that, and the F-15's (F-15GU) is one of our primary Fighters. Lets get you trained, and I hope you like to ROCK.
