WELCOME TO THE GPEO Global Pioneers Elite Organization

[Political] ---------- New groups and old factions have started interacting in the world. TFC has returned to form a formidable force poised to gain influence in the Pacific. Corporate communities whom have their own private defense forces have also formed, which may begin to produce advance aerospace technology, as well as civil products. GPEO is undergoing a global withdraw, however, many GPEO forces and their families refuse to withdraw with the bulk of the GPEO. TFC is showing political pressure toward GPEO and stands to rush the withdraw of the GPEO. GPEO ships are scheduled to head to their new home ports.

[International Action Report] ------------ GPEO is undergoing a withdraw. TFC has returned and seems to desire expanding their influence into the Pacific. OCU has plans to produce futuristic technology.

[Recruitment Opportunities] ------------ GPEO is looking for dedicated Officers, Pilots, and Directing Staff, as well as Recruiter Personnel (to Recruit outsiders), Unit Leaders, and Land Forces (Uatia Division on ArmA-II). PM the proper Officers and Directors for Employment and for proper Training and Lectures in these fields.

[Domestic] --------- We are undergoing a withdraw, in hopes of forming an official nation. Indonesia, and its surrounding states, is a good place to form a new National Country. We may no longer be a Military Force, although GPEO will remain. GPEO will most likely be returned to an Organization/Corporation, like OCU, AST, USEA, ISC, IMC.

[Defense Tech] ---------- The new Universal Defensive Aerospace Command (UDACOM) is now Inactive. The UDACOM Leader has disappeared. GPEO's defense is vulnerable to insurgency. GPEO is withdrawing, and may better keep its eyes on less area now that UDACOM is currently off line.

How to Join GPEO ----------- Signing up on the Forum is not Joining the GPEO. To Join the GPEO, click on the "User Groups" tab, and locate the "Recruits Group" and request to join it. Then you will become a "Recruit" of the GPEO. From there, your GPEO Career will begin.

Training ---------- In recent events and planning, a "Training Program" is hoped to develop soon. A Selective Recruitment phase of the Recruitment Program is hoped to commence soon, in which Lead Training/Evaluation Officers would be formed out of Responsible Recruits, who have the ability to train, lead and educate based on GPEO Training Documents. This Training program requires a Head Director of the Training Program, and Lead T-E Officers for each flight role, such as, Fighters, Bombers, Cargos, and Choppers. These Officers could have a range of opportunities once new Officers can take their place as T-E Officers. With hard work, "Space" is the limit.

Unit Organization ---------- As Members complete their Training and become Flight Officers, they would be directed by a Head Board Director of the "Unit Organization Program" and will be given a Unit Number and a Base of Operation, which will be their home base, station. Once four Flight Officers are assigned to their post with each other, a War-Game scenario would be conducted in order to find out which Officer is responsible, has proper leadership skills and can keep their cool during combat pressure. This will determine who is promoted to lead the Unit. This position would require great responsibility and self-control, and the ability to lead rather than boss. We are looking for leaders who are able to become mentors and teachers, to those who are below their military rank, not those ho have the ability or order others around.
