As some of you know, Uatia has rights to stage out of Iraq as if it was it's own country. Over the past week. The Uatian Government has made it clear that they wan't mutual ownership of Iraq. The mutual ownership would involve the Uatian Government to have just as much control over Iraq as the GPEO and would involve equal rights. Uatia laws vary from that of the GPEO in many ways but their rule of bartering would give a tremendous boost in the local economy of Iraq. However, their military is strict and has the right to execute any civilian for insults on sight. They will not hesitate to conscript the population down to the child if desperate. Their police force would display harsh tactics and methods to keep the peace if called upon. The joint ownership of Iraq by the Uatians will provide many advantages and disadvantages.
