[MUST READ] Operation Primary Requirements
The basic requirements for individuals conducting such operations are as follows:
1. Must have an initial briefing (examine locations, plans, etc) before flight.
2. Write a flight log of events during operation (basically the pilots views of what occurred during the operation from lift off to landing).
3. Debriefing (gather up all pilots that took part in operation and overview and post everything).
One thread per operation. Operation base and goals will be posted in the Theater in which an operation will be counted for. Report Combat Action (air battles), Air Victories against hostile craft, and friendly Casualties in the event log and debriefing.
Note: GPEO (Main) and Uatia Division Officers and Operations Staff should only post Operations and their Goals, in order to keep our group more organized to suit our groups standards and mainstream causes. Operations Staff Training can be done for anyone through.

Report Combat Action (air battles and if possible how many shots/missiles used by both sides), Air Victories against hostile craft, and friendly Casualties in the event log and debriefing. Remember to include the times of each major event (first sight, start of engagement, craft shot down, etc) if possible

Re: [MUST READ] Operation Primary Requirements
Pilots should know what this is, and should use this format for debriefing reports.
Here is the file to write on (Pilot Debriefing Report), it is self explaining. If you can't open it, try opening with your word document thing, like word 2010 or something. Open With your text program thing, write your report, then send it over to your CO, or up-load it to Mediafire and post the link, or take a screen shot and post the image of it on your debriefing post.
