Tell me now, should we start this System Structure, and test it ? And work out the buggs as we go along with it ? We wont know for sure how it will be untill we start it and make an effort. I call of you to examine the strucute and understand that positions will be open, however training and lectures will need to be done so that those who want these positions can understand how to direct or head them, that and the Selective Recruitment Program can start, so that we can find good trainers, so that we can start the official recruitment program. Come on, we don't got forever. We need comments and positive responces.

Once we all agree to this, then I will make the forum in the way it will be for the struture, so that all can see it. If you want to learn more about it, tell me and ask questions, I have the proper documents of most of the programs ready for use. THey are self explanitory, so once you apply for such position, you will get the document, and will be lectured and go throguth a short training, then will have your position. Just remember, if you kow that you might not be able to go through with something, tell me, so we can put someone who can. These positions require dedication and responcibility. We cant just hand these spots ot like candy. These are the make up of out group, and will be used lik a matrix, where everyone works together. The Board Directors will work closly with the Director of the Group, liek a military corporation. We will have meetings all the time in the begining, which will help work out issues and bugs we might have.

Once this is in place, everyone will stary recieving their awards and ribbons, of their duty, the proper way. In stead of just me having to remember everyones decorations, etc. Soon we wil have blsck operations, which wil lbe the primary excitement in our group, untill war time.
