Re: Mission Possibly?
A Drill would be great, but we need some pilots to play as the possible enemy. Drills will not be anounced but can happen frequently, if someone was a Colonel we could start many of these drills.
Base or TCG leaders would be abl eto do drills among each other if we had some pilots with the proper qualifications. We need more qualified personnel, lol. Right now we only have members with one or two qualifications.
Example:
Colonel from base A. desides to contact Lt Col from base B. Col stated he will be attacking Lt Col. in 50 min. Lt Col. gathers the crew under his leadership and posts a alert. All alerts should be taken as a drill unless the base leader states "Red Alert, This is NOT a Drill" in this case we are truly under attack and all craft should be fitted with live weapons.
After theg TCG leader call out the alert the TCG should be assebled just like in war time, then all in the TCG should be on post. Some times the TCG leader can just call out an alert and after the alert when the drill is over and the TCG responds effectivlly then alert can be nounced as a drill and the TCG gets to RTB. If the TCG responds well for a few times in a row then the whole TCG will recieve a Unit Citation Award.
Tactical Combat Groups, or TCG's, are comprised of a team of fighters, bombers, cargos, and choppers. Base leader would usually be in the Base or AWACS plane. This type of structure is the best of the best and most effective. Once a pilot learns all four roles he can become a base or TCG leader, though they are alwayse training as is real militaries are doing in the real world.
If anyone would like to take refresher courses on their role they can, nothing is stopping them, just remember that in war games and battles you ask where the enemies are and the AWACS or base leader gives you as the pilot the info. Base leader gives intel and good stratiegic locations to strile or defend. The lead pilot of ether role calls the shots for the pilots he is leading in the field for he knows whats best for the crew. Main thing and objective of any battle is to not become a casualty. We would rather the enemy to brag to everyone that they shot down a plane than that they have won a battle against the GPEO.
Just ask your self 'do you want to be owned by someone, or do you want to be free,' and remember when you are in a battle against some other pilot of an enemy faction that Global Freedom is at stake.
FREEDOM FOR ALL, FREEDOM FOR LIFE !
