Dude, GPEO will never die. In fact, GPEO Culture will start to be tested in USAF Environment. When you start hearing "Freedom For All, Freedom For Life" in USAF Commercials, and other GPEO slang, you will know that a real GPEO style power is emerging in the real world. GPEO is politically inactive (Internationally) but is still a power. Some of us are going real world Air Force or Military. I myself am full time AFROTC Cadet, and have been placed on a speedy graduation due to my age. Either next summer or the following summer I will be doing Officer Field Training.

I am showing Air Force GPEO stuff, and I am learning Air Force stuff. GPEO and USAF Structure are very close, but GPEO is more simpler, possibly a more effective concept force that might some day be tested in the real world.

Anyway, yes, I do apologize that you were not on there. I do remember that you said you would never have time for the VR-World realm, and THAT is why your name was not on there. But, now that you said you wanted to return, I put your name up. Actually, since you put in the kind of effort into GPEO a while back, before your rampage in the world, stealing bombers and bombing shit left and right, of course Paris needed to be re-made, Scar Creak, those trees were in the way of the runway anyway, but now, thanks to you, we can land a bit more safely, especially in winter when the leaves would be off the tree and visibility of the tree there would be low.

But, back to your contribution of GPEO. You did show leadership and initiative, and quizzed members on GPEO history, which also gave ideas for Recruitment Officer School, GPEO Basic Knowledge Tests, etc. But yea, I would have had you on the list here if you said you would be up for returning. And I think I had you on the list a while back, originally, then talked with you and I chose to remove your name based on what you said about going to the military, and not ever going to return or have the time to do anything.

So, since you are up for returning, I am letting you know, GPEO is politically inactive, but there are still things that need to be done. There are other pilots, and some still in training that could use some things to do, ops, etc. Read the Team Speak Channels, get familiar with the structure, and PM me on what position you feel like taking up. So far, we could use a big Recruitment Campaign and Training Program up and running.

You and $nake, and whoever else is available can work together on this. Also, don't forget to get your flight time in. The more I learn about Air Force Flight Officer affairs, the more I realize we should be flying allot to keep up our flight time. I am thinking we need to implement a standard flight requirement to remain as an active pilot in GPEO.

I myself fly every week if I can, but my position is Director, not a military position, so naturally I would be primarily managing things on the corporate level. We should keep up our weekly hours, on our own time or with another pilot. Fighter Pilots should also get in the air with one another to practice air combat. Also, I think we should implement flight logs or reports every time we fly, so we know our weekly flight time, and how many times we mess up our landings. Take off, fly, do things in sky, land, and just report on any possible issues and hard landings, weather, etc. I can make a format to write those in, and I can define rank positions and job positions once I have time also.

Yes, a mere trainer. Though, I do remember you telling me that you don't think you will ever get involved with anything in the VR-World again. But, sometimes folks change. GPEO could always use more pilots, just to show a presence. There is a GPEO Skype Chat.

I have a list of members who I would personally be ok with returning, due to their former dedication and sense of responsibility.

Ansteve1 (Brigadier General - I owe apology)- [/b] I would say a position suitable in your skills would be in the Director of Operations- Basically, you would assemble multiple units and form them into TCG's (Tactical Combat Groups), send them to training bases suitable for war games, and carry them out. Or if at war, lead specially selected units of your choice trough battles or operations in conflict zones. There would be a list of organized units ready for operations or action to choose from, in all roles. You would only be required to contact the officer in charge of the unit at the time. If you returned, you would most likely be the highest decorated officer in GPEO, even above myself if I was not the CEO. If anything, your rank would be moved up to Major General.

Bmxbika11 (Brigadier General)- I would say a position suitable in your skills would be in the Organization Director- Basically, you would take in freshly trained members and assign them to their unit, according to aircraft type, and home base. You would also be responsible of interviewing all members of a unit you organize and assign a leader of that unit by making them one rank above the others. You can find out the best leader by your own method or by an issued leadership test, which would allow you to determine based on their responses which you would feel comfortable assigning the upgrade. From there, you would monitor the units and at times receive requests for promotion. You would be the one to accept or deny requests for promotion.

Adrian "Coolman" (As I remember) Castro (Major) - Your creativity in art and posters would serve GPEO well as the Media Promotion Officer. I could see you operating that position, which would compose of the following: [Plans and develops videos and promotion media (videos, posters, screen savers, etc). Gathers video clips and training or combat footage from the members who conduct such operations, assembles them and mixes proper sounds for clips and other video development procedures, and makes videos to promote the group on You Tube and other media networks to attract anyone interested. This officer can request volunteers to help make official movies, but it would probably easier for members to submit video clips or artworks of the faction for the MPO to develop.] Though, if you requested, you could be the Recruitment Director, and receive a promotion to Lt Colonel.

As it stands, you guys are all it takes to make up the primary training program of GPEO. If everyone of you returned, GPEO would most likely grow and succeed beyond all others.

Some of you guys may be busy with affairs in life, but it would be cool if you all returned. I do owe many of you apologies, and will do accordingly, verbally on MIC. I never forgot about you, nor have I abandoned the thought of you guys returning.

I do understand the hatred or vengeance some of you may have toward me or GPEO, but that can change, and YOU have that power to change, and forgive, or request for a meeting to place your concerns and say what you want to say to me, openly and in public if you want, and tell me a piece of your mind, before returning. But, I don't want anyone one to come on and cuss me out, just to be satisfied that you did, only to turn and walk away, or demand an ultimatum or some bull shit pop in, cuss, then leave for good. That would be an immature response to a person trying to MEND and RESOLVE issues, and recover the former image GPEO once was, TOGETHER.

The GPEO is new, has a foundation that can work, and a system of programs that will enable it to be stable and thrive. All it takes is for those positions to be filled by experienced individuals like some of your selves, and to work together on this. Lets not allow Freedom to Fade away. Lets rise up against petty grudges, and UNITE ONCE AGAIN.

I may have missed some names, mostly because I don't know them personally as much, or because they are semi-active (Raz), but regardless, I would like to see a GPEO comeback.
