During a 6+ Month absent of the GPEO Director, military leaders appointed their self-temporary Directors of the GPEO, in hopes to help make the GPEO more active, and to influence the VR-World into being more active. By doing so have helped new groups acquire more land by donating to them GPEO land, in hopes to create a fare VR-World, however the when the GPEO Director returned he became furious, and made a few reckless errors in comments, however these mistakes have been and are being corrected. However, his gut feeling has proved partially correct about the issues regarding “What would happen if they decided to use the land given to them by GPEO to attack GPEO once the Director Returns?” This has happened when the VFF declared war onto the GPEO recently. It is believed that the VFF have been told by one of their Officials "Cag," that a GPEO member by the name of “Rubendall” informed him that the GPEO attacked and was launching missiles into VFF territory. This is not confirmed nor is this logical, because GPEO did not launch anything toward anyone, nor is it confirmed that a semi-active GPEO members informed them of any GPEO attacks. GPEO Director States, “If the GPEO was going to attack anyone, the world would know before the groups being targeted would know, and the GPEO would write a formal declaration of war.” Now that the VFF’s mistake is realized, they had better come to the diplomacy table before GPEO Mobilizes their Forces. GPEO has a habit of being attacked for no reason, and then quickly becoming an offensive force. Attacks onto GPEO are not confirmed, however are taken seriously and a harsh retaliation will be delivered onto this VFF group should they continue to declare their status as being at war with the GPEO. The VFF has posted warnings and false claims of invasion to the GPEO. GPEO’s warning to the VFF is to back off and tame their “Ego’s” and remove their self from the GPEO Rightful land before they make a fool of their self by assaulting a much older and more powerful group. GPEO has support by most factions, and is ready and itching for a fight. Most of the new factions these days are not looked upon likely by the GPEO. New factions most usually operate without logical actions, most of the time, and their defeat would come quickly. All GPEO and its Allies have to do is Breathe and their Condensation would Drown any new faction, no matter how many pilots they have.

Other issues are occurring in France; however, these hope to be resolved with Diplomacy rather than war. However, if rejected by the new French Group, the GPEO’s industry might be so damaged that they might have no choice but to take back their industry forcefully, in order to prevent an industry collapse if their industrial complex is not returned and restored. A Proposal has been written up for this French Group, in hopes for GPEO to still have the ability to operate in its French bases, shared with the French Group, along with keeping its Industry, Ship and aircraft Building Facilities, along with food production. The French group would be the Governing Party of France if this proposal were signed. Other diplomatic talks could further bond the GPEO and French Community.

A Fix for the VR-World was also stated so that if Political Leaders of the VR-World read it, they would understand how the VR-World actually is meant to work, where everything is logical and makes sense. The following link will explain in detail what the makers of the VR-World mean when they state for VM Leaders to use common sense rather than thinking they are meant to take over the world. Headlines

Political ---------- New groups have formed over the past few Months, however some of them do not understand how to operate politically, and as they continue to believe they are more powerful than all other groups. VFF Declared war onto GPEO, and the OMBU is believed to be allied with them, however this is not confirmed as of yet. - FSXCG has returned to being politically active. - UCFS also had returned to being politically active. GPEO is preparing for the worst of war and hoping for the best, in the face of recovering internal issues and external threats. It is believed that VFF has been infiltrated by agents who aim to disrupt the VR-World and to create a United Factions Group, in which factions under this group would abide by "Rules" made by its council, based to benefit the host faction of this United Faction Community. It is believed that this is planned to being a control tool, in hopes to control the VR-World in some way. – Uatia has developed some dangerous looking or shall we say “Dangerous Tanks” during their political inactivity, the Uatian Government is becoming, or “Is” the world’s Elite Armored Force with their collection of astonishing Armored Weaponry, along with their “Bigger Guns.” Their leader claims “Size Matters.”

Defense Tech ---------- The GPEO has developed some new Fighter Aircraft in the last 6 Months. The JAS-39GU, A-39GU (Trainer), and the F-22GU have and are being developed. These Aircraft have been repainted, and panels have been upgraded to GPEO Standards, however these aircraft are still being perfected, and are hoped to be serving Freedom soon. The Siberut Air Base has also been upgraded, and parts of the base are still under construction.

Domestic --------- The GPEO Internal Political Issues are being resolved, as new Recruits continue to join. After the Directors return, issues regarding land given to new groups cause some tension between political leaders. A Dispute regarding the potential that these groups might one day use this land to attack GPEO in the event of the Directors return to leadership. Proposals were to be written to these new groups in hopes of having this land returned. One Proposal was written up which would allow GPEO to continue to keep its Industry in France along with GPEO's continued usage of the bases it has always bases from. However, a Proposal to the VFF is being halted due to their declaration of war onto the GPEO. IT is believed that they will not be willing to return the land, now would they agree to a similar proposal to the French Group.

Recruitment and Joining ----------- As part of the future of GPEO's development, a "Selective Recruitment Program" is hoped to begin recruiting future T-E Officers. These Recruits are hope to be recruited soon, and trained to be T-E Officers. Then they would have the task of recruiting recruits on their own for some time, to train new recruits in the role the T-E Officer trains. Once an official Training Program is established, a Recruitment Program can be started, followed by a Unit Organization Program, and then an Operations Program in which several operations would be done all the time, randomly and naturally. This structure will prove to be integrated and effective. Each Program would need a specially trained person to head it, as part of a Board of Directors.

Training ---------- In recent events and planning, a "Training Program" is hoped to develop soon. A Selective Recruitment phase of the Recruitment Program is hoped to commence soon, in which Lead Training/Evaluation Officers would be formed out of Responsible Recruits, who have the ability to train, lead and educate based on GPEO Training Documents. This Training program requires a Head Director of the Training Program, and Lead T-E Officers for each flight role, such as, Fighters, Bombers, Cargos, and Choppers. These Officers could have a range of opportunities once new Officers can take their place a T-E Officers. With hard work, "Space" is the limit.

Unit Organization ---------- As Members complete their Training and become Flight Officers, they would be directed by a Head Board Director of the "Unit Organization Program" and will be given a Unit Number and a Base of Operation, which will be their home base, station. Once four Flight Officers are assigned to their post with each other, a War-Game scenario would be conducted in order to find out which Officer is responsible, has proper leadership skills and can keep their cool during combat pressure. This will determine who is promoted to lead the Unit. This position would require great responsibility and self-control, and the ability to lead rather than boss. We are looking for leaders who are able to become mentors and teachers, to those who are below their military rank, not those who have the ability or order others around.

Just to make this very very very very very clear. whoever this CAG is, I SAID NOTHING TO HIM OR ANY OTHER PERSON WHATSOEVER that GPEO was attackign anyone or launching missiles anywhere. thats ALL MADE UP. I said absoluetly NOTHIGN ABOUT IT.

That is what I said, and don't worry, this is only viewed by EVERYONE who accepts news casts, and we all know that you would not do that. Cag knows also, but he also said you and him verbally talked together and that you told him all that, which I sensed was a lie on his part, meaning he never got information from GPEO that we were attacking VFF, but he made it all up. RIGHT CAG ! ? Cag will see this, maybe, and so will Reverend, maybe. And I hope Reverend is not the Closed-minded person with a strong Ego that everyone believes he might be. As in, I hope he wont be a BITCH if I am able or if he is willing to talk to me on this war subject.

We know, and so does Reverend, now that he is part of GPEO, lol.

Ironic, the VFF Leader was mobilizing to attempt war with GPEO, after getting message from his Intel Agent "Cag" that you, a GPEO officer, told him that GPEO was attacking VFF. Now, you, $nake and I are going to help train Reverend into being an Elite GPEO Fighter Pilot, along with helping him with leadership skills.

Cag must not have known you, but he knew GPEO, and he knew Reverend did not know much about GPEO at the time, so he used this to his advantage. Cag, knowing that GPEO does not attack like he told Reverend, and Reverend knew Cag had been in GPEO long ago for some time, but did not know that Cag was not in for 3 solid years. So, he believed Cag's words about GPEO attacking, thinking Cag knew what GPEO would do about declaring war. Cag used this to his advantage, and he claimed that you, "Ruben" were the one who informed him of this lledged GPEO attack onto VFF, or its UN. Cag might have known that Reverend did not know you, and figured that he "Reverend" would not question his "Cag's" Intel about GPEO. Cag lead Reverend to believe that you were one of the highest ranking GPEO members, when you are actually just a "Flight Officer," (Not trying to make you sound like a lesser person in the group - remember there are no lesser or more higher levels of individuals, only positions and rank of a team), nor did you know much about an attack, because there was none planned. IF there was, I am sure that you would not inform anyone who would be targeted by us, if we ever did declare war, and that those who we would attack would be contacted by us, to schedule sessions and days for such things.

Cag messed up when he said the person who told him about a GPEO attack was you. In a way, Cag brought down the VFF single handedly, along with angering Reverend into thinking Sparticus was trying to undermind him by telling him valubal information. In reality, Sparticus was trying to help VFF, while Cag was manipulating VFF into attacking GPEO, making it look like (From VFF's point of view), that GPEO already attacked VFF. Then VFF would attack and declare war on GPEO, thinking GPEO already attacked. Then from the GPEO point of view, we would have been attacked by VFF, during our minding our own buseiness, and would then retaliate full on with no regrets, because we would have been attacked. This would cause a full blown conflic, or war.

Cag would benefit from such conflict as being the one in control, and play messenger to both group, informing each group what the other said and tossing in a lie here and there to anger both sides, making GPEO and VFF hate one another more. Kind of how Corsi told VRCAF that we gave them our land, then went back on our deal. Him being the middle man making us look bad to them, while also making other groups hate us for no reason, then eventually having them get so angered at our group, finding so much support that they feel confident into attackign us, only to find out that attacking us would be a bad idea.

Corsi used this method into gaining support by the VRCAF, VNF, and other smaller groups into hating. He did this while GPEO was being splt apart by Rockstar; which was another thing Cag had triggered in the past. Apparently Cag brought up the idea of a Coup, into having Rockstar and NOS.22.BLUE to overthrow me and to manipulate me into giving up my role as the rightful leader/CEO of GPEO, into having Rockstar be it. Cag tried to manipulate me into joining them, to be allowed into their regieme, and possibly hoped that the other GPEO members would follow. THis failed when we gathered support by some of our old enemies. Ironic also.

Our old enemies "FSXF," or at least many of their older members, and also their former members, helped us on so many levels. While Rockstar continued to play Dictator, into tricking everyone into believing that their fals GPEO was Democratic, where he would call for a vote in hids favor, manipulate and vice his opinion into everyone else into voting in his favor. Underminding the kids who were confuzed. THen he angered ACC, because ACC "Corsi" wanted to play UN and have Rockstar's GPEO join into the ACC. He also wanted our Free GPEO join him.

When both GPEO groups did not join, Corsi claimed that they were at war with Rockstars group, and that they defeated them. After some time of him aining support against GPEO, he might have used Rockstars and the Free GPEO's group into looking like only one group to the eyes of the other groups supporting the ACC. THis would further cause hatred among the other groups within the ACC. Corsi gained the support of these groups, then used them to attack, almost defeating GPEO. However, GPEO was more powerful then expected by ACC, then retaliated and recovered lost land, bombed their bases, moved into the Carolinas, and caused the ACC to surrender after a few weeks.

In short: Cag told Reverend that you informed him of GPEO attacks, VFF declared war on GPEO, GPEO and everyone found out that Cag gave false Intel to VFF, VFF disbanded because of UIA operations politically messing them up. The VFF leader talked with the GPEO Director, joined GPEO, now you, the one accused of being a GPEO rat might end up training the old VFF Leader. We are going to be friends and conduct operations together, and Cag might end up disappearing, or going underground, to attept an escape from the gallows.

Message to Cag: Don't take tis the hard way, you have a title in this VR-World now. A Villan, a Criminal who is underground, with your own reasons for your actions. This causes Excitement among everyone. You could choose to be on the run in this VR-World, and play by it, or leave and forget it.. Who knows, you might find work as a Intelligence Merc, a Spook, one of the quiet kind who lurks among factions gathering Intel, only to sell it on the black market, to forgien, new, or other Villan Groups, kind of like the FSXMC. Hell, you could also awayse create an Underground Intelligence Program, rivaling the UIA, where groups could conduct Operations against those who you hate, posting videos of their take-downs. Try to remember, you may be an enemy to all in the VR-World, but some of your enemiesw are still your friends. And, to leave your friends behind would not be fun. Remember "Max Randall" ? he chose the cowards way out, and left, commiting "Virtual Suicide" because he knew he was the cause of the downfall of the only RAF like group in the VR-World's existance, and that everyone hated him for that, and because he was a control freak.
