Spec Ops/SPOND pilots
Decision is (obviously) not up to me, but I propose requirements to be a pilot in Special Operations (Spec Ops)
Master Chopper and Cargo. Be able to fly full speed just above the trees, and in between buildings.... at night (Choppers) If possible, turn up the scenery and fly just off the ground between buildings in New York, Tokyo, or any very large City
Be able to fly a C130 at 35,000 ft, right over a target, open ramp/ rear door(s) and let the SPOND units drop.
Basically be an expert at night flying, any weather, and any altitude, but especially close to the water/ground.
Spec Ops aircraft needed to be mastered:
UH60 BlackHawk
M/OH6 "Little Bird"
CH47 Chinook
Lynx
UH1 Huey.
C130 Hercules
Once you are tested by the Dragnoxz or a designated examiner, you will recieve the Spec Ops ribbon:

Re: Spec Ops/SPOND pilots
I think its a good idea too but I have a Bad laptop with an even worse graphics card so i always play the game with lowest settings. That means its impossible for me to establish it. As soon as i pop up the graphics or extra buildings, its lagging all the way. Do u have a solution for me?
Re: Spec Ops/SPOND pilots
I have an epically retarded graphics card my self, and even on the lowest settings, I get 8 fps, so my solution is, put up with the lag, even if it is 3 frames. if it gets down to 1 or 2 fps, then lower the settings.
Otherwise, fly as close to the ground as possible. If you have scenery at airports, then (epecially at Edwards AFB) fly between them there.

This doesn't include the physical training, so yeah. AND BTW I GOT MY GRAPHICS CARD TO WORK RIGHT, so I have all setting on medium high, and high.

Well, then. Maybe you cen help teach pilots on some things using AC-130's ?
Oh, by the way, we have enough fighters to effectivly win every battle we get into, that is if you ever want to be a fighter during a battle.
$nake
BassAce
Dragnoxz
NOS.22.BLUE
and when Ruben is complete we will have 5
5 Trained fighter pilots are all we need to be victorius in every battle on FSX (I did the math if you knoew what I mean) So now all we need is Cargo, Bombers, and AWACS, lol. When we get one more fighter I might take on the role of AWACS. that way top tratiegic moves will be made in combt, and if FSXF will do a wargame with us we can practice on them (so far they were the most challenging oposition we have ever had and we still racked up a 6-7 to 1 kill rate, lol). So maybe we can ROCK with invicibility, though nothing is invincible, it is all a tactical ilusion, lol.
Re: Spec Ops/SPOND pilots
Let me rejoin, finish training, and you will have ur full squadron, and a possible AWACS replcemen (I got a real nice E3 Sentry with all the ATC stuff, like maps and such)
