It would be nice if u had a log of everyone where the ribbons are in and the courses that he has completed, so that u have one and the person what its about has it. You could place some objectives in them for the person individually. Maybe you could make it on the site ( the freewebs) so u can log on the site with ur name and pass to see ur own file.

It is hard to remember what everyone has done and what I have done at the same time, pilots usually cary a log book with them to log everything they do. If I am in one battle and someone is in another one I would have to ask what the other pilot did and find out what all of the other pilots did trying to piece together all of the events. You will find this out when you start to lead flights, it gets time consumong and confuzing some times, lol.

I created a 'Members Forum' a while ago for pilots to keep a history of their self so that they don't forget and everyone else knows what they did. I can give members thier ribbons and try to help them to remember what they have acomplished so they can place it on the forum, and for pilots that I train I can tell them what they have completed if that is what you were asking.
