International and Internal Activity

It appears that we are slow, both politically and internally. Therefore, we shall forget our international political activity, and focus on our group’s internal activity. I hope to form a small Staff Board temporarily, so we can work with Recruits, as well as Recruit more Recruits during this time, to train them and produce more Flight Officers to conduct Black Operations against our rivals.

Politically we are slow, due to the defeat of several factions by the GUD, the coalition lead by our ally, the Uatian Government. The GUD's had defeated them with political intimidation, number of factions involved and their combined number of pilots, and their superior political tactics. However, they were not engaged in much combat; they caused their enemies to disband out of overwhelming intimidation and fear. The RCOE and FSXCG have either politically disbanded, or have gone underground. Other factions are not a political threat, nor are they as active politically. The VR-World can be considered internationally inactive, politically, however new factions are rising out of the woodwork which could one day pose a threat.

For the GPEO, we do not need to be politically active, other than a few trade agreements and the potential for joint training or war-game operations. Internally, we will need to gather all who is currently active and set some times for weekends for war-games, training and other operations. We will need to form a Skeleton crew to run the GPEO as a small team, comprising with a Recruiter who will play Recruit Evaluator, Main Trainer/Evaluator, and Operations Director. All it takes is for three of us here in GPEO to be active, to temporarily be at Staff Positions, then once more join, and are trained, we can move on to more interesting things.

During our internal growth, we will also have opportunities to strike back at former political rivals, through "Black Operations." I would like to hold a meeting with the active officers on this matter, and hope to include some new officers, once trained they will be brought up to speed on these operations. Black Operations are risky, both internally and politically, and can ruin the enemy or us on many levels, which is why we call them "Black Operations," because they are shady. For pilots who desire to conduct these vital "Black Operations" in secret, they will receive a series of Intelligence and Loyalty tests, and given the operation details (briefing) before and during their mission operations. Operations like these could be tense and may change at times, which will require "tip of the toes" stress for pilots during covert combat operations (CCO). Most of the times, depending on a pilot’s ability to execute their missions without breaking under pressure due to the intense action and suspense that these kinds of operations can create may receive awards for their duty to Freedom. In other words, prepare to ROCK, once these operations begin.

In closing, the GPEO will remain politically inactive, and will begin its internal growth. We will need a small Staff for now, until we can accumulate more members further adding to the structure. Black Operations will most likely be a daily thing, meaning allot of action, and allot of decorations for the Flight Officers Uniforms.
